Coaching with me is gentle, grounded and collaborative.

It’s a space where you don’t have to hold it all together or “try harder.”

You get to show up exactly as you are tired, messy, curious, hopeful.

Here’s what we explore together:

• Understanding how ADHD shows up in your focus, emotions and energy

• Noticing what drains you and what supports your nervous system

• Creating realistic structure that actually works for your brain

• Building emotional awareness, regulation and self-compassion

• Finding practical ways to move from coping to living with more clarity and confidence

Our sessions are calm and unhurried.

There’s no pressure to perform or get it right.

Just space to breathe, reflect and understand yourself more deeply.

Sessions are 60 minutes and held online.

We can meet weekly or fortnightly, whatever rhythm supports your life.

You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You just need a willingness to understand yourself a little more deeply.
