2. Nature of Coaching

Coaching is a supportive and collaborative process focused on understanding your brain, regulating emotions and creating rhythms that work for your life.

Please note:

• Coaching is not medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment.

• It does not diagnose, treat or cure ADHD or any condition.

• You remain responsible for your choices, actions and wellbeing.

For mental health concerns, please seek support from qualified professionals.

3. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

Bookings

All sessions are booked through Acuity Scheduling. Confirmation is sent once your booking is complete.

Payments

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

Refunds

Coaching fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations

• Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled with 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged in full.

• Genuine emergencies will be handled with care and understanding.

4. Digital Products & Free Resources

Free or paid downloads are for personal use only.
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify or resell any resource without written permission.

5. AI-Assisted Notes & Session Summaries

With your consent, secure AI tools may be used to help organise session notes and create brief written summaries.

AI is used only to:

• clarify themes

• support your learning

• provide structured reflections after sessions

You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@youruniqueway.com.au.

If you do not consent, coaching continues as normal — you simply will not receive AI-generated summaries.

6. Confidentiality

Everything shared in coaching is confidential except when:

• required by law

• there is risk of harm to yourself or others

• you provide written permission

• general, non-identifying themes are shared for supervision or professional development

All records are stored securely.

7. Client Responsibilities

By engaging in coaching, you agree to:

• participate honestly

• take responsibility for your wellbeing

• communicate openly

• seek appropriate clinical care when necessary

Your Unique Way reserves the right to discontinue services if harmful or inappropriate behaviour occurs.

8. Ownership of Website Content

All content on this website is owned by Your Unique Way unless stated otherwise.
You may not copy or distribute content without permission.

9. Third-Party Services

Your Unique Way uses trusted third-party platforms including:

• Squarespace

• Acuity Scheduling

• Stripe / PayPal

• Email marketing providers

• AI tools (with consent)

Each has its own privacy standards and policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law:

• Outcomes cannot be guaranteed

• Your Unique Way is not liable for indirect or consequential losses

• Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question
