When you understand your brain, everything changes:
your energy, your confidence, your relationships, your life.
ADHD Coach - ADDCA trained
This is a place to feel seen, supported and understood
For years, I tried to fit into systems that didn’t fit me.
I thought I needed to be more organised, more consistent, more like everyone else.
Then I discovered ADHD in my own life and in my family, and everything made sense.
The chaos, the creativity, the intensity, it wasn’t something to fix.
It was a rhythm. My rhythm. Our rhythm.
And that’s where this began.
Not from a plan or a pitch, but from a deep belief that every person deserves to understand and honour their own unique way of being.
Training & Accreditation
I’m a trained ADHD coach who completed intensive training at the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA). I’m now earning my required coaching hours toward accreditation with ADDCA, the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and the Professional Association for ADHD Coaches (PAAC).
Coaching that feels like coming home to yourself.
I work with people who have spent years holding everything together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed on the inside, and who are now ready to stop fighting themselves and start living with more ease, clarity and self trust.
Together, we explore how your brain works, what energises you, and how to create a rhythm that supports who you are, not who you think you should be.
